Prices exclude VAT.
There is a margin of error for a print run of up to 10%, usually called "unders and overs". These will be charged accordingly.
Artwork should be supplied as vector eps, pdf or CorelDraw files. High resolution jpgs and tiffs may be acceptable. Additional artwork will be charged at our standard hourly rate, agreed in advance of doing any work.
Proposal and costs are subject to sight of artwork.
Cancellations: charges will be made for all work done and all materials bought.
Variants in the printing process may mean final colours differ slightly from those shown on design proposals.
Orders are usually dispatched with 20 working days of receipt of artwork unless otherwise stated.
Personalisation included on all items - one colour in one position unless otherwise stated. Origination and carriage extra.
The origination charge will increase if there are 2 or more colours in a logo.
Products carrying names or trademarks shown on our website do not necessarily imply that the products have been endorsed by the owner of the trademarks, but are meant to be representative of the effect that can be achieved by the creative personalising of merchandise.
